The cottage is dressed in patriotic red, white and blue in honor of America's birthday -
Vanilla Ice Cream (No Ice Cream Freezer)
2 Cups Heavy Whipping Cream
½ Cup Sugar
2 T Vanilla Extract
Place a loaf pan in the freezer to chill.
Whip whipping cream with mixer for 2-3 minutes until stiff peaks form.
Mix Eagle condensed, sugar and vanilla in a separate bowl with a whisk, blending well.
Fold the condensed milk mixture into the whipping cream, being careful not to stir. Folding it will keep the fluff of the whipping cream. Fold just enough to mix well.
Pour mixture into loaf pan and freeze for 5 hours. Consistency will be similar to soft serve ice cream. I line my loaf pan with parchment, so the pan doesn’t get scratched when scooping the ice cream.
After 1.5 hours in the freezer, you can add fruit, nuts, chips, candy etc… and fold. Then return to the freezer for the remaining 3.5 hours and enjoy.
